The cottage sleeps 10.  There are 4 bedrooms one which has a set of 2 bunk beds and 3 bathrooms. Full kitchen with all essentials, dining room, living room and very quaint porch which overlooks the sound.
There is a nice size lawn for anything from hide and seek to croquet as well as a small beach which is great for little kids.
The house has all of the modern amenities such as internet and a large flat screen TV.
The dates for the August week to rent are:
Saturday, August 2 (noon) to Saturday, August 9 (noon) for $3,000.

The cottage is also open for June and September rental either weekly or monthly.
